Revival Home & Garden began as an itch we got when seeing the "for rent"
sign next door to one of our favorite shops, "Great Stuff." Next thing
we knew, we had signed the lease and were scrambling to track down fabulous products
we loved. We've since relocated to the vibrant Pike/Pine Corridor in Seattle's Capitol Hill,
and refined our focus to concentrate on interior design services and showcasing our vintage finds.
Owner Leah Ball Steen found her way to the world of design after years spent exploring
other careers, and studied interior design while working more than four years at
a small design firm in Seattle. Products and materials (okay, FABRIC!) are her true
passion, a love fueled by Revival Home & Garden. Now she finally has a place
to share her product love with the world.
At Revival Home & Garden, we believe your home should be filled with things
that make you happy--colorful accents, quirky conversation pieces, unique vintage
finds, and simple, functional items. We love high-end furnishings but also love
our kids and dogs and know that the two don't always mix, which is why we strive
to offer the best of both worlds: items with high-end style and a mid-range price
We adore symmetry but also think it can get boring, and that sometimes it's even
better for things not to match.

Revival Home & Garden is proud to offer comprehensive interior decoration services
through owner Leah Ball Steen. With five years of experience working in a commercial
design firm prior to Revival Home & Gardenâ€™s inception, Leah provides a variety
of design services to clients, ranging from single consultations on colors and materials
to trade fabric selection and purchasing to whole-house furnishing and accessory
selection to more complex design projects.
We happily offer complimentary one-hour initial design consultations, either at
the store or at your home, to discuss your needs and answer your questions about
working with us. After learning more about the scope of your project, we will create
a budget estimate to help you decide if our design assistance fits with your needs.
Additionally, thanks to the Internet, we are also able to provide remote design
services; through e-mail we can share with you photos, dimensions, products, and
project information to help you find the perfect fabric, dining chair, chandelier,
or whatever else it is you seek to enhance your aesthetic.
At Revival Home & Garden, products are our passion, and nothing makes us happier
than connecting people with products that reflect their own style and personalities.

Payments & Taxes
Payment in full is required upon placement of order. 9% sales tax will be applied
to all orders shipping within King County, WA; corresponding sales tax rates will
be applied to all orders shipping outside of King County within Washington State.
We ship only within the contiguous United States--sorry, but no PO boxes or APO
addresses. All orders (with the exception of larger furniture items) ship via UPS.
Please inspect these orders promptly upon delivery for damages or defects.
Larger furniture items ship via various carriers and include curbside delivery only;
we will contact you directly to discuss shipping costs for items unable to be shipped
via UPS, after which you will be contacted by the related freight company to arrange
for delivery. Please promptly inspect items for damage or defects upon receipt.
At Revival Home & Garden, we want you to like what you buy from us; if you don't,
let us know and we'll do our best to help you.
That being said, we have certain policies in place designed to protect us both:
In order to allow for any returned item, proof of purchase must be provided within
30 days of purchases. A refund will be issued if return is made within 15 days of
purchase; within 16-30 days, items may be returned for store credit only. AFTER
30 DAYS, no refunds or exchanges may be made.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Upholstered furniture
- Floor models
- Vintage items
- Sale items
- Shipping charges on any items purchased online or via phone
- Custom or special orders (i.e., items not in stock at time of order)
Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of
delivery if damage is observed; after 7 days, we cannot be responsible for damages
incurred. Please call us promptly to discuss replacement and return options.
